How do I know if a part fits my motorcycle?
Each product page includes detailed specifications and compatibility information. When in doubt, email our support team with your bike’s make, model, and year, and we’ll help confirm compatibility before you order.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you your parts fast. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Bikemaster ship?
We ship worldwide from our Fort Worth, Texas headquarters, except to some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two straightforward shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx) – 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days)
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS) – 15-25 business days after processing (1-2 days)
For time-sensitive projects, consider ordering by 2PM CST on weekdays for same-day processing when possible.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may be more limited depending on your location.
Why don’t you offer free shipping to my country?
Our Free Shipping option via EMS isn’t available in some Asian and remote regions due to carrier limitations and higher costs. We’re constantly evaluating our shipping network to expand coverage where possible.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Contact us at [email protected] to start the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective part, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your payment provider.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save preferences, and checkout faster on future purchases.
