At Bikemaster, we stand behind our premium motorcycle parts and accessories with the same confidence we have in our ride. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Your satisfaction is as important to us as proper torque specs are to your bike’s performance.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Chemicals & Lubricants (opened containers)
  • Bulbs (if packaging is opened)
  • Custom-ordered parts
  • Any item that shows signs of installation or use

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Rider Support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (3451 Oliver Street, Fort Worth, TX 76118, USA)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your return including:

  • All original packaging and materials
  • Original invoice or packing slip
  • Your return authorization number clearly marked on the outside

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Bikemaster is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval (plus your bank’s processing time)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchange Timeline:

  • Processed immediately upon approval
  • Shipped via your original shipping method unless otherwise requested
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Allow additional processing time for international shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged goods or wrong items:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item/incorrect shipment
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable
